About Me

I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and become who they’re meant to be. I provide a variety of career, personal growth, and leadership coaching programs that focus on clarifying your core values and turning them into tangible, meaningful actions. I specialize in coaching faith-based individuals and nonprofit organizations to become both healthier and more successful. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a Master's in Theology and a Bachelor's in Psychology.

Coaching Approach

Provide specialized coaching packages for 3, 6, or 12-month programs. The process begins with goal clarification and direction, followed by a deeper dive into who you are and your core values. We then breakthrough roadblocks and make strategic actions to reach your goal(s).

What To Expect

We’ll start with a free consultation meeting to see if it’s a good fit and decide which coaching program is right for you. After that, we do a deep-dive goal session to kickstart your journey, and then we meet every two weeks for the remainder of the program. We may add in assessments and other helpful learnings along the way.
